Shipping and Returns policy

We are committed to treading lightly on our country and protecting the incredible flora and fauna found here. We therefore follow quarantine restrictions implemented by each state and other nations to ensure we avoid the spread of any possible pests and diseases.

Therefore we only ship within Australia with the exception of Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.

If we receive an order from one of the states listed above we will kindly refund and cancel your order.

We offer shipping through Australia Post.
Unfortunately once we ship your order we have no control on it's transit to you. We therefore are not responsible for any delays or lost parcels of tracked or un-tracked orders.

Please allow 1-2 days from order to shipping, we will do our absolute best to promptly post your orders.

As per Australia Posts guidelines please allow the following for your order to arrive:

Standard Post (3-6 business days)
Express Post (1-3 business days)

Shipping is calculated based on size and weight of each mailing box, shipping costs will be added at checkout.

Local pickup

We offer local pick up from our farm in Briagolong, Gippsland. Please select 'pick up' option at checkout. Once your order is processed we will contact you via email to provide an address and pick up time.

RETURNS

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our products we cannot offer returns for change of mind. If you receive your order with significant damage* please contact us on the email address below with a photo and description of what has occurred. All refunds require proof of purchase.

*Please note air dried flowers can become quite brittle and delicate when dried and therefore are prone to breakage. We ask you to embrace a small amount of breakage or discoloration as these blooms move through their cycle.

We use eco friendly materials in our postage and ensure they are packaged with great care to avoid damage in transit.
